I ordered shoes on 11 August 2020. We (finally) got an email on 3 Sep that the shoes were on the way but with NO tracking. After not receiving anything I emailed them on 15 Sep for an update. Nothing. I didn't receive the shoes until late Oct and when I did, as soon as I opened the box glitter was coming off everywhere. Literally a parent's (or anyone really) worst nightmare. I immediately had to break it to my son that there was no way we could keep them or that I would even send him to school with them on. Glitter would be track everywhere and I wouldn't do that to myself OR his teacher. I wrote the company about it on 23 Oct and they replied to send photos which I did. I have not heard back from them since and I promised myself that I would both report and make sure I reviewed this experience when I had time no matter how long it took. I wrote several times after and never heard anything... they should not be in business with customer service that poor. I am still waiting on a refund or at least a decent rep that will answer my emails from LAST YEAR. Never again.
