Having driven 8 hours I got to my destination, Hotel Indigo - Savannah, only to discover they did not have a room booked for me. Though o had paid and had confirmation code Hotel Indigo claimed not to have my booking. Hotel Indigo also has the most pig ignorant front desk manager so avoid that dump also. I uninstalled Hotels Tonight App. They are suppose to do one thing for me and they messed it up.

So I understand, your exchange policy is 1. Return the product we sent in error 2. You will get a refund eventually 4. We will charge you for returning the item 5. Reorder your original order 6. We may $&& it up again in which case 7. Repeat all previous steps. Ridiculous.

This is why Amazon succeeds. Customer service.
