I lost so much on my refund. My purchase was $81.94, and Right Stuf Inc. only refunded me 63.11. I never received any products and a refund was forced on me, and I'm still in the negative. Please see the picture below. I plan on disputing this charge considering shipping was free for me. Avoid this if you can :(

I never write reviews unless they're positive. I get that things get hectic and mistakes happen.
However.
I had such a disappointing experience with them, and I see from reviewers below I'm not the only one who's had this issue. I ordered 8 Beserk books 10% discount in November for my boyfriend. I figured I would gift them for Xmas or his birthday in May depending on when the books would restock. Mid-April, I get the shipping confirmation and tracking info. The day after it was supposed to arrive, I checked the tracking link. It said my package was 'undeliverable' and was being returned to sender. I have no idea why. So I reached out to USPS *first* and they said they couldn't do anything about it because it was already on transit back, so I needed to reach out to RSA where they told me to put in a case report. They contacted me a few days later and said they could only refund me "minus any appropriate fees" and I can re-order if I want to, but my 10% first order discount would not be applied. I reached out via chat to hope that someone else would be my saving grace, but they reiterated that it was their policy. I asked for a link, and they sent me an FAQ page which does not mention anything about USPS "undeliverable" situations. Nowhere! Even when I pointed that out, my one option was reiterated again.
I had already put in an order. I had already waited 5 months. And now I might not even get a full refund?

RSA needs to realize that having a policy does not automatically make it a good one and does NOT save you from looking bad.
