I was very disappointed in using the app for the first time. I paid through the app but was double charged by the hotel. When I called both Hotel Tonight and the hotel (Hyatt Place), all I was told was that they will reverse the fraudulent charge but could take a couple of days to show on my card. This caused my card to decline for rental car services and I had to cancel my trip and miss a flight. Neither party did anything to accommodate this horrible experience!
