After contacting the company about my order and receiving a very snippy reply they did finally ship "my order." They did not ship what I purchased - items were missing from the package - and the quality of what I received was awful. Never again! I still haven't received my first order that I placed months ago. I went against my better judgement. I should have designed and created my own sublimated steel items as I did at Christmas. I've not only wasted money, I've wasted a great deal of time dealing with this company. The quality of their products is not what you would expect from the glowing reports as stated in reviews on their webpage. Customer service is far below what you would expect from a company of this size.

Tip for consumers:
In hindsight, I should have looked for reviews online instead of believing "reviews" on the store's website.

Products used:
I won't use any of these products. They are substandard for my use.

I ordered on July 21st - received email that it shipped - would receive on 27th - next email said I would received on 29th - checked tracking and it hasn't even left California yet on the 29th. Not happy at all. In 8 days my purchase hasn't even left the state, but I get an email asking for me to review my item.

Finally received it on August 4th in the worst condition I've ever seen a package. I did not even have to cut a piece of packing tape because there was nothing holding the package together.

How disrespectful! I spend my hard earned money on these products - pay a terrible amount for shipping - and this company doesn't even have the decency to pack the item so that it arrives at my home in good condition.

Unbelievable.

Never again.

Find the product elsewhere. Clearly this company doesn't care about their customers.

I honestly can't believe it took me so long to drop Directv. I canceled the first week in June. They told me my service would end on the due date of the 22nd - instead of doing the right thing and ending service & offering a refund. They said they would send out a return kit for "equipment." I finally received it July 6th & returned it that same afternoon. I have received several calls about "failing to return" equipment and I've spoken to several people. This past week I spent 3 hours on the phone with "customer service" telling me I now owe $144 for "failing to return" equipment. I called again and spoke with a gentleman in billing who said he can clearly see the tracking shows the equipment was returned. So why the charge of $144?!? WHAT A SCAM!... I reported them to the FCC. {I canceled my cell service with ATT in June as well... yea me!} On a brighter note, I'm very happy with my Roku & streaming - I can't believe I didn't cancel with Direct sooner - they are such an awful company.

Tip for consumers:
Go to full streaming. Roku is terrific. There is so much out there that isn't available on Direct and all for free. And you can live stream channels with services like Philo for very little $. Check it out. I'm really happy I did.

8 MONTHS! From placing my order to my most recent shipment. Not one seed package was current, not one plant was received live, roots were molded, shipped the incorrect version of the items - can't speak with them on the phone, they don't answer email, and every email claims to ship items based on your climate zone - 8 MONTHS. I'm now looking for a list of all names and associates for this company - there are many and all just as awful.

Tip for consumers:
You will only lose money using Burgess Seed. It is the most dishonest company I've ever worked with.

The "live" plants had to be thrown away. I planted the seeds but nothing has germinated yet.
