I ordered several items of clothing from this Rose Gal & not one item matched the description on their site. I am not sure where they get their pictures with the models but it's insincere! I ordered items that said were made of Cotton, they have little to no cotton in the item!
I ordered a beautiful white Chiffon Dress with Lace Detail at the top & what I received was a Polystyer dress with no lace detail & a coffee or tea stain on the front of it!
I ordered many items 12,3 of the items didn't even come in the order, & other than 3 necklaces I ordered & received were true to site, one arrived broken! I paid $130.16 American which is $175.40 Canadian for my items & do not like one piece of the clothing, nothing matched the site as advertised, so I have all this clothing & will not be able to wear it! I have sensitive skin and need to wear natural fibers, the other items were for my daughter's Birthday on May 13th & I couldn't give the viscose, & Polystyer clothing to her, I cried!
This, as far as my experience goes is not a reputable site! I am incredibly disappointed & feel very taken advantage of!

Hello to all Site Jabber Review Readers;
An update to what happened after I wrote this review; first I would like to mention I did not bother to contact Rosegal about how disappointed & dissatisfied I was with what they sent me, they must read Site Jabber reviews!
They did apologize to me & initially gave me $5 & change & then they offered me what works out to $101.00 Canadian without having to send the clothes back, or a full refund if I sent the clothes back to them. I chose to accept the $101.00 as to send it back would be around $40.00 from ON, Canada to China. I have given away almost all the clothing now & will donate the rest to our local Salvation Army thrift shop. Am I completely satisfied; No, it was a hard lesson to learn (due diligence with respect to research was not done by me... needless to say I have learned) & I was without the clothing to give to my daughter; due to IMHO the quality of said clothing) & I am still out about $80 as I was also charged $35.00 duty. However Rosegal did make an effort and I am at least lucky in that I did recover some of my money & they tried.
To all site Jabber readers don't be like me & do your research!
