Been waiting a month for items to ship! Worst customer service. No way to speak with a live representative. You have to chat through texting. If you ask why an item is taking so long to ship, they just say it's been delayed. If you ask for a refund on items not shipped/on delay, they'll deny it. I ordered 11 items and only received two which came in 3 weeks after ordering. What I can say on the quality of clothing, it's cheap! Should've known you get what you pay for. Also, if it's discounted, good luck, you can't return it. I don't understand how they even have good reviews on this website. I believe people were paid and they're lying on their reviews.
