Back in June 2021 I requested an extention on my car loan for the month as I am taking care of a disabled son. Had to fight for his disability check that he had paid extra for thru insurance for 21 yrs. I am retired on ss but had to help him. Also taking care of his daughter (15 my beautiful granddaughter.) For the 2 1/2 yrs I have had my car I was never late on a payment. I was sent the paper work filled them out and sent back in the time that was requested. Got confirmation they received my paper work. Started getting calls saying I was late on my car payment for June. I explained to customer service what was going on. Had to resend paper work to the email address they gave me. Even verified with them this was the correct email address. Kept getting calls. Finally got a lady that resent the paper work went thru the whole process again, got email stating they received it back but somehow they say they aren't getting it even when I have verified the email they gave me. I am so fed up with global I could scream. They are some of the most incompetent people I have every dealt with. About ready to sue this company and so tired of explaining what happened, sending proof I got an email from them stating they got my paper work but telling me they can't find it.
DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.
