I stupidly bought a serenity Bell from these absolute crooks! London address, phone number and email none work, it arrived damaged and obviously fake, asked for a return label to obtain a refund, got the partial refund offer, said no, they gave 3 return addresses in China to return none existing, long story short PayPal refunded me as good will. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. Passed to trading standards after a chat with them.
