I placed 3 orders over 2 months ago and began inquiring about them after 1 month. I was told that 2 were on the way and 1 had been delivered but I got nothing so I waited a few more weeks and still nothing. I asked again this time they said 2 were delivered and to look for it as in go to the post office and door to door in my neighborhood. After going back and forth with them being rude for at least 3 weeks I got fed up and told them to resend my stuff or refund me. Another week goes by and they offered no help except telling me to go look for them. They attempted to refund me only after I threatened to show their rude emails of them not helping me and report them as fraud to my bank. But the refunds went to 2 separate PayPal accounts and only one of them is mine with my cancelled debit card linked to it and nothing shows up on my bank account. Not sure if its because the card is cancelled or because its through PayPal. I guess I won't be getting my other refund because that isn't my account and it has my old email address on it so I still don't have my money. I will never order directly from them again. This has been the worst experience and I don't think they ever sent anything because the chances of 3 separate orders getting lost is very slim
