The fine policy is one of the crooked one. QA will always be inconsistent and frustrate writers for no goo reason. They are a total scam. Never try it. They always try to justify their crooked way same as what i see in the reviews but will never hear the writers. With all the work of QA even clients rate them poorly. Now i understand they are a scam

However, our QA Department follows the same instructions as you do while working on the order. They are responsible for making sure the customer's requirements are followed. If you feel that QA comments are contradictory, you may always share your thoughts with them.
