I have been buying from Pact for over a year now. Everything I have ordered has been fantastic. High quality organic cotton. I have had to return items in the past because of fit or sizing, and it was no problem at all. Prompt refund, no games. I highly recommend this company.


I ordered a pair of jeans from Mott and Bow. They arrived, they did not fit and I promptly repacked them and returned them for a refund. Weeks later I received an email telling me I would be getting nothing back because the jeans were damaged and had a strong oder. Which is nonsense. They arrived. They did not fit. I repacked and returned. I was given the choice of a total loss, or pay them more money to get the jeans back that did not fit in the first place. Ludicrous. This was my first experience with Mott and Bow (and last). I feel totally taken advantage of. Don't waste your money.


I have been ordering online from Macy's for years. They make it super easy to order, super easy to return and at certain times of the year have the most amazing sales. Never had an issue that could not be resolved. I have no problems ordering from this company.


Started ordering from Lola and Sophie about eight months ago. Love their clothing. With each order I made, I always had to make at least one return (just because I did not like how it fit... not a quality issue). Each time they made it very easy, and were very prompt with the return authorization email and label. Shipments and returns go to New York, so there is no issue of having to get things from China with no way of returning them. Been through that nonsense before with other companies. Highly recommend.


I ordered a couple of camisoles and when they arrived I was very disappointed with the fit and quality. When I contacted them to initiate a return I was told that there were no refunds when an item does not fit properly. I reminded them of the return policy on the website, and was then directed to send the items to a random address in Spain. Clearly they count on no one actually going through the trouble and expense of returning an item. Not impressed. Feel very taken advantage of.


I placed an order with this company and they were very helpful. Some of the items did not fit due to some sizing, and the customer service was fantastic. No issues with refunds or exchanges.


About a year ago I had my first experience with this company and it was terrible. My order finally came and I was not impressed with the quality of the items, so without even trying them on I promptly packaged them up and returned them. I was later notified that the items were damaged and would be getting no refund. I glanced into the packaging and sealed it right back up. If there was damage, it was not caused by me. When I finally threw a big enough fit and started posting online reviews of my experience, I was contacted and offered a 50% refund. I continued to share my experience with others. I was then offered a 100% refund if I took down all of my negative reviews. Which I did. After thinking about it, I feel bad because that was not right. If I can prevent someone from going through the headache I went through, I need to. So I am posting my review again. And it looks like I am not the only person who has had this experience.

I have ordered from this company for years. Always have a good experience. Quality items and excellent customer service. Never had an issue when having to return or exchange. Highly recommend this company.


I have been ordering supplements from Pure Formulas for quite some time. I have never had any issues with the quality or service. Always a very easy transaction. They have a good selection of supplements, and they always arrive in a timely manner.


I have been shopping at Victoria's Secret for years both in the store and online. I have never had any issues. The customer service is excellent, it is super easy to return or exchange an item that did not work out. The items are always high quality, no surprises. They are very consistent.


Ordered some of these books in the past... they are super cute. Great company to work with. No issues with the order, arrived in a timely fashion. Highly recommend.


I have been shopping at Nordstrom for years, both in the store and online. I have never had a bad experience. The customer service has always been good, and it is super easy to return/exchange items ordered online. Once in a while I venture out to a different website, and always have problems. Now I just stick with Nordstrom because I can count on a smooth, professional transaction every time.
