First time we had a package to be delivered by OnTrac, the driver refused to walk past one house to our house (they were replacing the gas line in front of our house and the driver would have had to park one house away!).
This week, the driver scanned the package but did not leave it at our front door, as indicated by OnTrac's tracking information. When I called OnTrac, I was told it was probably "a late scan." HUH? It was scanned on Monday, and I called on Wednesday... how is that a late scan?
As we were speaking, a person in a truck drove into our driveway and delivered the package! Two days AFTER the delivery scan indicated it was delivered. Don't know what happened and did not get any kind of logical explanation from OnTrac. If you have an option, refuse this delivery service.

Tip for consumers:
Don't use, if you have any other options.

Purchased a pillow with a 90 day guarantee; the terms of the guarantee include a mandatory 21 day trial. The pillow didn't work out for me; unfortunately the pillowcases I ordered are not returnable after 30 days … $60 for pillowcases is excessive.

Tip for consumers:
Pillow has a 90 day guarantee but you are required to try it out for a minimum of 21 days; apparently pillowcases do not have the same guarantee even though they’re only used for the pillow.

When we ordered a ring, the order AND subsequent email CONFIRMED a delivery date. The email said someone had to be present for the delivery; we made arrangements for that. THEN we get an email saying the ring won't be delivered on the confirmed date, but days later, when no one can be available for the delivery. Our credit card was charged the day after the order, which was 2 weeks ago (most companies don't charge the card until the order is shipped). So we are out the money (for the time being) and most likely the order will be returned to Blue Nile as no one can be here for the delivery. Not a company we recommend doing business with... unless you are ok with FIRM/NOT FIRM delivery dates AND having your credit card charged weeks before shipping.

Tip for consumers:
DO NOT trust the FIRM shipping date!!!

Products used:
Not sure ... since we won't be here to receive item, we expect it will be returned to the shipper.

Last year I was sent a Mother's Day gift by one of my children and it arrived two weeks before Mother's Day.
This year I was sent another gift and it arrived today, May 29,2021, in a very damaged condition. The two chocolates most likely sat in heat for over two weeks and are completely inedible. Don't waste your money!
UPDATE: After emailing Greetabl, was offered to choose another gift to be sent. I chose something non-perishable lol. They apologized and I'm left to wonder if they need to use a different shipping method. They still definitely need to work on timing, though.

Toner was shipped without an outer box and was received severely smashed. I opened box to see if cartridge was cracked, but it is encased in plastic to keep it fresh, so I can't really tell if the cartridge is good to use until I actually need it. (If it is cracked, I won't use as I don't want toner to coat the inside of the printer). And, of course, once the toner box is opened it is not returnable or exchangeable. Will be ordering from HP from now on... the price is 1 penny more and they package appropriately.

Tip for consumers:
shipping by US-dynamex is extremely poor.

Ordered on December 1,2020 and credit card was charged on December 2,2020. Then I heard nothing until I contacted them on December 17,2020. And amazingly that was the day the tracking number arrived by email. And then... nothing. No product. No contact. On January 12,2021 I decided to dispute charge with credit card company as there is a 60-day window and that is fast approaching. When I went one last time to the tracking information, it indicated product is "supposed" to arrive January 13,2021. Even if the product is superb, there is no excuse for a 6 week wait, unless the company was overseas, which it is not. Unless you like waiting an extraordinary amount of time to receive, I'd order elsewhere.

be prepared to wait at least 6 weeks for your order

Not only was it extremely expensive to get it shipped (we have no local stores anymore) — about $17 for four items, it took TWO WEEKS to arrive!
On top of that, Harry & David online only offers larger packaging for most items, making already overpriced items even more so. No value for price... shop elsewhere.

I am not sure why there are negative reviews of this company because my experience was AMAZING!
I ordered a top in the wrong size using PayPal and called them to exchange it. I was told they can't exchange when PayPal is used; however the representative offered to stay on the line while I ordered it so she could give me a code for a better price than the first time I ordered AND she refunded the shipping about 20 minutes later. During the whole transaction she was nothing but kind and understanding.
This is a company I will absolutely buy from again!

Been using Zyrtec for over 25 years. If I skip even one night I noticed I have trouble breathing. I had in the past tried several different medications for my allergies and this one is the all time best. I do take it at night, though, because it can cause drowsiness.

While the shipping was extremely quick, the product is not as fresh as we expected. There are no expiration dates on any of the products. The website description details storage suggestions, but the products are definitely not fresh. With the products being a bit overpriced, we will not order from this website again.

maybe just buy items at your local store ... for freshness' sake =)

Disclaimer: we did place our order during the COVID-19 crisis.
We were told initially our order would ship the week of June 14,2020; it actually shipped June 25,2020 and arrived July 2,2020.
We are disappointed with the fit of the cover because we submitted pictures and detailed dimensions. In addition, the straps for the bottom of the cover were missing so we had to ship it back (at their expense).
By the time the cover will get back to us, it will be over a month past the time we were initially supposed to receive it. No discount was offered for the mistake and the inconvenience to us.
Based on the fit, lengthy delay in receiving the product, and lack of care for the mistake made, we don't recommend this company.

Not a user friendly mail order pharmacy. The website is poorly designed and glitches pretty much every time... from not actually placing the order to refusing the payment method on file. This necessitates a phone call (which online ordering is "supposed" to eliminate lol) for at a minimum 15 minutes... sometimes as long as 1/2 hour. Don't even try to switch prescriptions from a local pharmacy to the mail order - it won't happen. And if your doctor prescribes something and you don't want it filled immediately, to bad. They will fill it anyway. And there is absolutely no way to opt out of their constant "reminder" emails to fill your prescriptions if you don't have "auto fill."

Tip for consumers:
Plan on spending more time than you'd like to

Decided to try it out and tried to place an order Saturday night... the website said it would be Friday before it was delivered. So I waited until Sunday morning and placed the order... it would be delivered that evening between 6:30 and 7:30 pm. At 8 pm I got a text saying the delivery would now be 9 to 9:45 pm. At 9 pm I got a text saying it would be 10:45 pm before it was delivered. Then, lo and behold, the shopper was shopping!... and then I was told the store was closed. The shopper said she would have them call me in the morning; I didn't get a call until 4:30 in the afternoon on Monday. I was on hold two hours and then disconnected. DON'T waste your time!

Do your own shopping.

We ordered a rug from Overstock. The delivery company, Estes, called to schedule delivery only the day before. We couldn't be home due to multiple doctor appointments as I've been very sick. They would not change the delivery address (less than 2 miles away) without a fee, and tried to impose a fee for "storage" if they couldn't deliver within the next 3 days. The delivery company said the only option is to return the item.
AND Overstock is imposing a 25% return fee PLUS return shipping to be deducted from the refund. Basically we'll have almost paid for the item but not have the item. PLEASE be aware of the price of doing business with Overstock!

For the last year, UPS has delayed delivery of the majority of our packages for no apparent reason. The latest experience was this week; the local UPS received our package at 7:55 AM Tuesday morning and held it until Friday afternoon before delivery. We personally do not ship UPS and really don't like businesses using UPS to ship to us, as we find them extremely unreliable.

Tip for consumers:
They only guarantee items if THEY pack for you, and you pay them to do that.
Also, DON’T let them package and send items back to Amazon for you or you may find they never got back to Amazon! and they will tell you they “have no record of that shipping number in our system” even though you have a receipt!!!

Products used:
After one experience using their shipping to send something to a friend and they wouldn’t replace the broken item in an obviously dropped box (smashed corners, holes in box, etc.), we decided there are better ways to ship.
