Grandparents purchased a playhouse for their grandsons 7th birthday, it arrived two weeks late. It was saturated in water and had mould growing from it. We contacted beaver log cabins and they told us to send it back and they told us they would send us a new playhouse.
When the replacement playhouse arrived it also was in terrible condition with mould growing on it. This time when I rang the company, I was told to wash it off. Very disappointed with attitude and product.
I would highly recommend that people stay away from this company with their attitude. I thought they must be a pop up company on the side of the road on the border.

Hi, as per our conversation yesterday I would like to respond to your complaint. The playhouse was not late being delivered as the quotation for delivery was 14 working days. When the first playhouse arrived we realised it had been sitting at the warehouse and was wet at the bottom we immediately took it back and ordered a brand new one from the supplier. When you sent photos of the 2nd playhouse we explained the colour in the wood was due to it being tanilised. However, I still offered to replace it. I also offered to build the new one and delivery it assembled, and I offered you a refund all of which you refused. I then asked you to tell me what I can do to make you happy as that was all I wanted and you insisted that you would rather complain online than let me resolve the problem. I tried to call you again to see what I could do to help and you did not answer your phone. If you would like me to resolve the situation you can call me on the work number. Thank you.
