Can watch this for awhile too. But beware of making a YouTube account (site is now owned by Google). It can lock you out of your account with the right login information. But since membership isn't required to use YouTube, I'll use it until it does.

Good website to determine if certain entertainment is safe for your children to view/hear. Shows many details about movies, games, and songs that may contain questionable content (such as violence, sex, or foul language)

This is a site to listen to internet radio. Simply type in an artist you enjoy, and hear artists and songs alike to them. Good site to discover new music.

What can I say... It's Twitter. If you're familiar with MySpace, Facebook, and Instagram, this site is virtually alike to those 3. Due to the 140-character limit on Tweets, it is hardly possible to put those "REPOST THESE OR A CLOWN WILL KILL YOU" messages, which I personally enjoy not seeing.

  • iTunes

This is a reputable site to download music and iPhone/iPad apps from. Since the site is run by Apple, you can use iTunes to buy music and apps for your Apple device (iPod, iPad, iPhone, etc). Never had an issue with this site.

Gmail was good when I first recieved a Gmail/Google account, and it was good for most of the 4 years I had a Gmail address. However, for the last 5 months of my membership, having a Google account was bad. It kept saying that the password was incorrect, and I have written my password down to prove Google wrong. I have changed the password several (around 6-8) times, but everytime I try to log in with the CORRECT username/password combination, it does not allow me to do so. So I got an email account with another site, and it does not have the same glitches yet.

Wikipedia. It's a site where a person can learn about many topics. The main concern is that since anyone can edit or post pages on Wikipedia, the site can contain inaccurate information (which is why teachers strongly discourage using Wikipedia as a reference on essays and research papers).

I recieved a coupon for 3 free MP3 downloads from this site. When I created an account, it would not let me into it; thus not allowing me to use my coupon. The FAQ section claims that a "common case" is that I have registered with a different email. I used both of my email accounts to create accounts on this site, and it still will not work, so I know that this is not true for me. It also refused to email me a link to reset my password (other "common case"). There is no way to contact anyone affiliated with this webpage. Basically, "you get what you pay for".
