Ordered a £400 table back in dec. The table arrived defected and scratched. I reported this and expected a new one to be sent - instead I was offered £38 or a new one - I obviously asked for a new one. I am still waiting. They say they are sending someone to collect it and will send a new one once they receive this old one but they never send anyone to collect! And then emails take 5 weeks to get a response per email. Worst service I have ever received would avoid co. At all cost.
