I purchased a 6 month membership and the experience was actually really nice. After purchase the subscription is was easy cancelable in my account section and as long as the membership is active, I was able to download the plugins directly without putting them in the basket. They also seem to update there stuff rather fast.
Tip for consumers:
I would compare the prices hence a subscription for a month seems to be cheaper than buying 4 plugins separately. I do have to say that i am not needing the updates which you can get if you buy items singly purchased.
