No response. No tracking info. No product.
It has not been four weeks since I ordered items that were in stock. Every day I check into my account. It says it will ship in three days. It said that on Day 1.
Tip for consumers:
Order from Amazon. At least they have customer service and honor refunds and exchanges.

Customer service was readily available and had all of the answers.
Quality of the product and shipment is there so as long as the price is right i will keep buying here first.
Looking for jasmine and they had sizes that were more than a 2" container
