Ordered chairs from site after seeing them in the store. Waited for a free shipping offer in email, so saved around $40 on that. The chairs were delivered in 2 business days (though I do live near the Stockton, CA warehouse). They are beautiful and arrived well packed, fully assembled. I think they offer good value for the money. I also shop the retail store for home furnishings, tableware, wine and imported food.

I placed an order for a piece of furniture and received a confirmation email and expected delivery date of 2.5 weeks later. As the delivery date approached I decided to check the order status. It said cancelled! Emailing customer service, I received a note that my order was cancelled because it "did not pass an internal security review". WTF?!?!? If they needed to verify any of my information, they had my phone number and email address. I find it truly bizarre that a company would do this.
