I was a Verizon customer for 21 yrs. I recently realized how much I was over paying for my service. I went online and finally decided to make the switch to T-Mobile, Magenta 55. I would have 2 lines and all the same things I had with Verizon plus Netflix! I was told I could do everything over the phone no problem, as I am disabled & at this time I am not suppose to leave my home. I was told I could keep the phones I already had & the phone numbers. The package came with new Sim Cards, we put them in & I thought we were done. NOPE... The I-Phone worked but my other phone did not. No one was available over the weekend so I had no phone. When I called on Monday of course it was MY phone that was the problem. So now I have to get a new phone because my Verizon was already off. I wait another 3 days and of course the phone doesn't work. I have now spoken with 11 people at T-Mobile, and YES I have dates, times & names, I physically went to a T-Mobile store & was told they couldn't help me because my order was done on the phone. Called again & was told to send the phone back, go back to the T-Mobile store & they would give me a new phone BUT it's considered an UPGRADE! The rep goes on to tell the person at the store (I was still on the phone) that I am a new customer & I'm having BUYER'S REMORSE! Unbelievable! I am a new customer but I can't have remorse about something I have yet to obtain. PLEASE talk to a VERIZON Rep or Sprint any place other than T-Mobile! About the Netflix... they brag about it but no-one knows how to do your account!

Tip for consumers:
I would not have switched if I had known I would be without a phone for more than a day and that setting up an account on the phone means going in person to a store they cannot help you.

Today was the 2nd time I have had this cashier at Dollar General. I live across the street so I am usually there twice a month. The first time I had her she argued with me about my bringing my own bags. Today... she outright told me " Yeah, I'm not doing that", when I put my bag on the bagging carousel. I use these bags because I can wipe them down after every use but NO that's not her job to bag my purchase if I don't want plastic bags! She says all this while standing there without a mask (Or name tag). I had mine on! If she's SO worried about catching something here's an idea... WEAR A MASK, DON'T WORK IN CUSTOMER BASED JOB. I use to enjoy going to Dollar General on a Saturday but lately it's not worth the rude treatment.

I once again placed an order online and to my disbelief Fed Ex is suppose to deliver! I know, sounds like a joke but it's really a nightmare! Day 1... Customer Not Home/Business Closed. As you can imagine not only was I home, my adult daughter was also here. Once again I called CS and filed a complaint that I know will fall down the rabbit hole. Here's what I don't understand, when you call the can see EVERY delivery for your address! Why haven't they gotten a new, CAPABLE driver? Durham NC hub is unreachable so you have NO Choice other than to call the Corporate phone number *******500). Press 0 and you WILL get a live person! YAY! I'm pretty sure I'll get a refund before the driver actually finds his way out of his paper bag to make my delivery! People PLEASE STOP USING FED EX for your business deliveries!

I have been using this since before it was Rakuten. I have never experienced any problems. I also have the credit card so my cash back is even more!

I placed an order on Nov. 29th, as gifts for Christmas. I received 3 out of 4 explaining the 4th would be shipped separately. After no communication with a valid tracking number I called CS on Dec. 8 th. I was told they were filling a lost in transit claim and would be sending a replacement in plenty of time for Christmas. Today is Dec. 14th, another call to CS to be told until the investigation with FedEx is done they can not send me a replacement. Again I was told I have to wait. They are able to verify that the package is just sitting in a FedEx Hub, but I have to wait and hope someone does their job efficiently. I did my job, I paid for the order in time for Christmas. Should I just put an IOU?

Tip for consumers:
Be wary if your order isn’t in one package. Customer Service is a NIGHTMARE!

I am a long time Suntrust customer. The recent merge with BB&T, now Truist is a nightmare! Not only has my branch closed, I can no longer make deposits unless I can go to the bank during business hours. The online website is down more often than not. They have been "Working on it " for the past year. I can't even use the ATM for deposits, but BB&T customers can. The people are rude when you call and explain your problem. I was told " hold on you must be a Suntrust customer, I can't help you. Let me find one of their employees." That's not a merge, it's two banks one building. Lots of new fees, which is why we didn't use BB&T to begin with! Currently looking for a new bank.

Tip for consumers:
Look for a different bank! This one is not customer oriented. Two banks trying to be one. Many hidden fees!

I received notification from my Credit Reporting Agency that my QVC Credit Card was cancelled. (Synchrony Bank) I called and was informed they close accounts if you haven't used it in 24 months. No notice given! I am not a huge shopper but I didn't know I'd be punished for it. Unless you shop QVC regularly, use another card, don't fall for the "We can offer you $50.00 credit if you open an account ". Closing accounts does bring your credit score down.

Tip for consumers:
I wish I had been made aware that non activity would close my account.

I have never received a book I wasn't happy with from Thriftbooks. I love that you can earn points for free books, the free shipping, the wishlist so you get an email when they have a book you're looking for. One of my favorite things about this store is that you can choose your book, meaning they tell you what they have, new, slightly used etc. all with reasonable pricing. Personally for certain books I enjoy writing in the margins, it's interesting to read someone else's views. If you are like me and enjoy reading with the actual book in hand, I promise one visit to this store and you'll be hooked!

Tip for consumers:
Create your account and use the wishlist for any books you’re looking for and they will find them and email you when they have it. Plus you earn points for free books!

I happened upon this website when I was looking for a nice journal. They have beautiful things at great prices. Shipping and delivery are fast. I have ordered a few times now, just recently sent my niece some things for her birthday that I know she's going to love. If you're Wiccan or just looking for crystals, journal, books or just original gift ideas check out their website!

I re-financed my mortgage in 2018 with Loan Depot. I started the process and lost my husband a week later. My loan coordinator was extremely helpful and made everything go smoothly as I was in a really bad place emotionally. They were true to their word and lowered my rate, and mortgage payment. I took out $25,000 extra to do some home improvements as well. It was a very easy and fast experience as I had never done a re-finance before. They came to my home for the closing and were very nice and respectful of my family and what we were going through. I lowered my rate to 4.5%. I have never experienced any problem making my payment online. My Insurance and Taxes are in my mortgage payment and Loan Depot has always made the payment annually and on time. I have only positive to say about them, the process, their customer service and rates.

Only positive thoughts and experience with Loan Depot

If you are considering this card beware of fees they do not tell you about. There is an annual fee, credit protection fee and if you add an Authorized User to your account there is a $19.00 annual fee for that. Paying online can also be an issue as the website is hit or miss. If you call to tell them you can't access your account to make a payment, they will try to charge you for making a payment by phone! Also if you don't have the time to keep checking to see if their website is available, they will charge you a late fee no matter that you couldn't get access! There are much better cards out there!

Many hidden fees. Not reliable service.

I love Food Lion! The prices are very comparable with other grocery stores and you can download coupons to your Food Lion card. I absolutely use Shop and Earn every month! It's nice to get back money on things you have to buy. I tell everyone to get a Food Lion reward card, it's free and to go online the first of the month to activate Shop and Earn. I received $32 last month to spend on groceries!

Tip for consumers:
Before you shop get a rewards card, go to website or the App and load your Shop and Earn offers and coupons! Get paid for the groceries you buy!

Walgreens in Angier NC is awful! I really don't have any other options. Twice now I have had medication missing and they are Controlled Substances. The Manager, Luke is rude, he informed me that he found my medication in the pharmacy I could go back and get it. I told him driving was hard for me, he said " I did my part, I found your medication." I went today to get it, spent 27 minutes in the drive thru, and treated like crap. I was asked to come inside when I said no, I had already waited 27 minutes the girl finally asked someone, then she tried to charge me again! I spent 2 days to get medication not to mention the pain of having to drive! If you have ANY other options STAY FAR AWAY from this store!

Long wait times. Rude staff and check medication for missing amounts

I ordered online during the promo for buy 3 get 3 free. After they shipped my incomplete order I received an email saying they were out of 2 items. I was never asked if I would like a different scent, why would they they were free! Over an hour and still on hold! Never again, I can go to Kohl's, Hallmark etc. to get a Yankee Candle. For such a large company I'm very disappointed in their treatment of loyal customers! Try candles from Bath and Body or Old World Market! Better than Yankee Candle!

I shop online often and I have always used another "cash back" site. CouponCabin has not only stores the other site doesn't have but they give you coupons to use as well! My Xmas budget went a lot further this year! If you haven't tried CouponCabin yet, try it. What have you got to lose? You won't be disappointed!

Always excited to go here! Great sales during the holidays and who doesn't love their products! Candles burn great and smell wonderful. We are all addicted to the lotions, soaps and linen sprays!
