“Unreliable shipping, poor responsiveness, not true to size”

Shipping to Australia took over 6 months, the first package never arrived and after multiple emails with no response I had to escalate to paypal before they sent me the ring.
The ring itself seems like good quality but is much larger than expected based on the sizing chart on their website (3 sizes too big).

We can not control the shipping to you in Australia - especially during the middle of COVID - next time we ask you not choose the FREE SHIPPING and pay a few dollars for the express - that will have it arrive in a few days.
