Do not order if you eventually want to end your subscription. They will not let you. I called customer service to wait on hold for 15 minutes to talk to a lady (unfortunately conversation was so short that I didn't get her name) told her I ordered 2 pairs of shoes not knowing it was a subscription and did not want to continue with this subscription also asked for refund, said she would help me and instead hung up on me. Called back spoke to Josh, he said let me get your information and I'll help you, hung on on me after waiting on hold for another 10 minutes. (You can only fall to cancel) I'm assuming this is how they keep you from cancelling or giving you your money back. Not going to deal with that, I called my bank instead since they just keep hanging up on me but this is ridiculous and very unprofessional I'm not happy with this whole experience. Shoes are not that great just some cute little sandals I could've gotten at the mall or something. Not worth it, customer service is horrible and they just want your money regardless if you want your subscription ended.
