I bought 2 pairs of sneakers, one of them, I am sure, had the incorrect size on the tag. It was tagged as a 6.5, but I am sure it had to be a 6 or even a 5.5. I could hardly get them on my feet, once I did they were incredibly and painfully tight.
I wear a 6.5 in their sneakers, (I have several pairs), the second pair in the order fit as normal, so it's not like my foot grew. I tried to contact Skechers to ask,
1) would they replace the shoes instead of having to return and rebuy and
2) would they arrange a UPS pick up. My mom was injured and I don't want to leave her alone to take the shoes to UPS.
The agent responded, "we don't do that", never asked what is the defect, never showed empathy. I hung up the phone, emailed Skechers and explained the situation, they have plenty of orders on my account to know that every order is a 6.5 and I don't return anything. I never heard back from them.

I decided to try the chat because I couldn't believe a company wouldn't want to know of a defective product, and a company would at least try to help the customer when an issue is not the customer's fault. I got the same response, "we don't do that, you can call UPS but there is a charge". I explained I am returning something that is defective, not something I decided I don't like. Again, absolutely no interest in what is wrong with the shoes, or my problem. I then asked "how would I go about canceling my account" next thing I know I get a message that says "we have requested cancellation of your account" it may take 24-48 hours to complete.
I didn't ask to cancel my account now, I actually would have preferred to cancel it after my return was received and refunded, so I can track the refund on the account.
I called UPS, paid for the pick up, and I returned both pairs of shoes, if Skechers isn't interested in making a defect right with a customer who repeatedly shops from them, they don't deserve my loyalty or my money. I buy their shoes because they are stylish for casual wear, have great colors, and are comfortable, not for their foot support or stability.

We recently bought from First Catch for the first time. We have bought Safe Catch before but it's always a couple of cans here and there from Walmart.com. Their tuna tastes great first of all, and we like their commitment to sustainability and their processing, so we decided to give it a try an buy directly from them.
It was a pleasant surprise. I had some questions on the nutritional information and emailed the company to ask, I received an answer the next day. They actually answered my question, not a generated template, but a real answer. We ordered our first 6 can package, it was very nicely packaged, arrived quickly, and in good condition. A couple of weeks later we reordered, this time we bought the 12 can package, and again, everything was well packaged, arrived quickly, and in good condition.

Tip for consumers:
There is a 10% discount code for the first order. You need to provide your email address. The code popped up for me on the same page, I don't remember if it also came via email, so make a note of the code when you see it pop up.

First of all, I am over 60 years old, so I get to use their help line, if there is a problem; and I don't have a car, so I use store deliveries often.

About 2 weeks ago, I placed an order with Instacart from Publix. My groceries arrived and one of the items was visibly rotten, and it was expired. I reported the issue, received a credit towards my future order. Apparently Instacart doesn't issue refunds. It was only $3.87, and I know I would use them again, so no big deal.

Today I placed an order for 2 items, total of $16.82 plus delivery fees and tips. While my shopper was shopping, she accidentally keyed 5 instead of 2, the system charged me for 5 items. I quickly texted the shopper, who apologized, and assured me I would only be charged for 2 once she checked out. She checked out, and nope, system did not correct. I called Instacart, the agent explained that they can't issue a refund until the order is delivered. The shopper arrived, showed me the receipt, and once again, assured me I would only paid for the items she bought. Once again, nope, system still charging for the 5 items. I called Instacart again, and explained what happened, the agent said they could issue a refund, but wouldn't tell me the amount of my refund. When I pushed for the amount, the amount she gave me was $1.82 short. I corrected her, then she explained that they only refund the cost of the item, they don't refund the extra money Publix charges for using Instacart. To be clear this is the amount by which they increase the cost of the items, and not related to the tip or the delivery fees. I explained that if I paid a certain amount I should be getting that amount, regardless of their arrangement with the store. She then explained that the system does not allow the full refund. At that point I explained I can live without Publix and Instacart, and asked the agent to please escalate the issue, I need to be refunded for the overpayment. I was on hold for a few minutes, agent came back and said the supervisor had agreed to a full refund. I am still waiting to see if the refund actually happens, and it doesn't turn into an account credit. It's been a couple of hours and I still don't have a receipt or my purchase.
At this point I think I should concentrate on living with an alternate grocery shopping service.

I have been buying herbs from Mountain Rose Herbs and spices for about a year and a half and they have been wonderful about fulfilling orders, and the quality and freshness of the herbs and the spices.
One time I had a problem with a package that got moisture in the box and the herbs were damaged, their customer service and quality people were on top of things and attended to the issue right away.
I haven't bought any of the oils or teas, but maybe in the future.

Tip for consumers:
They have lots of products, sometimes it's easier to get a printed catalogue.

When I tried MIGardener's seeds I wasn't expecting much, but I was pleasantly surprised with my order.
The site has many different seeds, and at great prices. My seeds arrived within the time the website said, they were very nicely packed, and so far I am satisfied with the germination rate.
I have bought seeds from other companies, paid a lot more money, and had less than satisfactory results. I will contine buying from this company.

Tip for consumers:
Lots of different seeds, and great YouTube videos that cover lots and lots of gardening questions.

Tomato, pepper, milk thistle, sunflower, purslane, mustard, and several other seeds.

I bought a Japanese Maple, their site said it grows in my zone (zone 9). When I received the tree the tag said zone 8. I contacted Nature Hills immediately, asked if the correct tree had been shipped. I sent pictures of the tree and the tag. They assured me the tree is for zone 9, and the tags are sometimes incorrect. I planted the tree. The tree has been in the ground about 10 days, it is sunburnt, and drying. The tree has been planted properly, watered properly, in soil where other plants grow. I sent pictures of the leaves, and asked for a refund because they either sent me the wrong tree or their site information is incorrect. I have not heard back from them. My pictures and my receipt will not upload.

Tip for consumers:
Don't buy from them, when things go wrong they skirt the issue.

I ordered a tree, this is the only thing I bought from them.
