I have used this business three times. I had them replace a cracked crystal on one of my watches, do a tune up on my Omega SMP when to began to run slow and most impressively completely refurbish a 30+ year old watch passed down to me from my late uncle. Its a Longinnes 5* Admiral given to him for 25 years of service by his employer. It was basically dead in the water as you could not even wind the crown but for a normal fee for such a job its still working well sone 7-8 years later. Well done!

I had a Seiko kinetic watch which was losing its charge. MJ had the parts in stock and replaced the faulty part, polished it and cleaned the mechanism. It was ready on a few days early and all in all it looks nearly new. I am very pleased with the job they did!

I sent a watch for repair which they received 12/11/2020. The estimated turn round time was 5-10 business days. By late December to early January I had no update save for trying to source parts. I asked two or three people to ask the technician what was wrong with the watch to which I was told we can't speak to the techs. Huh? How about sending them an email so one person said she would as did I but i got no response. I think the customer has a right to know what is wrong with the product to be fixed. I could never get a reply so I said just send it back. Interestingly the very next day the message was "parts not available." Well I took it to another watch repair store and got a reply in 2 days and they have the part in stock which is a special battery component for kinetic watches. Hmmm. I sent my watch to Watch Repairs USA from a UPS store using their boxing and paid $17.76 as the shop is in the same town as I live in and it was received in one day. Watch repairs USA sent it back UPS two day for $41.77. This was my experience with Watch Repairs USA. Never again. They have an "F" rating per the BBB BTW.

I see that Tom from watch repairs has a slew of positive reviews now. My how interesting. :). However at the time I posted the review here the BBB rating was indeed "F". This was 2 mos. Ago. Now the rating is B- actually thanks to those miraculous reviews. :). If their rating was "B" then why wait until 3/11/21 to mention this. I think I know why. In any case this does not change anything about my experience. Nice try Tom. Like I said before I was born in the morning but not this morning.

Tip for consumers:
Do not use Watch Repairs USA.
