Very prompt service. Great dog stuff! The leather collars with attached personalized IDs are great. No chaffing or chance of cutting into dog's neck. We have had tremendous service from them over the last 8 years.
Caveat Emptor! Customer Service is terrible. Received defective (expensive) tablecloth. They refuse to take it back or replace it. I think they are selling seconds and passing them off as first quality.
