I was hung up on twice by two representatives and was told they're not any managers to speak with first name was Ann and the second name was Anna Marie. I believe it was the same person because she was rude as soon as I called back and told me I wasn't hung up on the phone was disconnects. My service was down for 3 days and I spoke to several representatives who said this was going to get escalated nothing happened at all. Then I was told they had a lot of customers so it really didn't matter about my one complaint of the services I'm paying for this was the worst customer service I every had in 47 years.
