I purchased the Nerf Battle Racer Ride-On Go-Kart on 11/15/21 as a Christmas gift for my son. Unfortunately we are missing parts to complete the assembly (we were sent 3 rear wheels and only 1 front wheel). Because there are different sized bearings for front and back, it won't attach. I've attempted to call the company number, but I just get a voicemail that is full and have no way of leaving a message. I've also submitted a request online, but not received a response. So disappointing to have the item almost assembled and missing pieces.

I purchased two dolls on 11/28/21 and after an unhelpful interaction with customer services and a few days of sweating it out hoping that the items would arrive on time, I got them. The dolls didn't quite look as pictured, the hair online looked much nicer than what was received. I don't know that I would order again because I think that the quality was just ok given the price. The service was also lacking. Overall, I was glad to get my order and my nieces were happy but I'm sure there are better options available.
