H&M has brought back the era of department store dictatorships from places like Russia and China. If you buy something online and it is faulty or some other query, you cannot get help in-store because of all the rules at H&M. My way or the highway style of thinking. They are autocratic, dismissive and rude.

Myer has great customer service. You can return online purchases at the service desk. H&M has no such desk. It's just way too smug.

Ewan Watt, the founder of this company, has such a poor reputation with customers. How they stay in business is beyond me.

When they first started up, rather than get a business startup loan, they self funded by offering contract only (1 year) search engine optimisation services. I was one of these customers based on articles in most of the main newspapers which gave them credibility. What a joke. They did not list my business on any business index, search page, forum, you name it. They did absolutely nothing for my monthly fees. But they got away with it because they used lawyers as part of the strategy to defraud. They rewrote the wording of my main page for an extra exorbitant fee which appeared to be written by a 12 year old. It was riddled with spelling mistakes, poor grammar, and defied all the rules of google for SEO spamming.

Ive got a bone to pick with this firm for their blatant dishonesty and bully tactics with mum and dad small business's, through to medium sized business in australia who failed to do due dilligence on who they lend their good name to by inference.
