We ordered something and it arrived broken. They handled it quickly over the phone and I had my money but not my product in 3 days.

We had a terrible problem with a Houzz order and reached out to this company because we were told by Houzz that our order was coming from them. It turns out, GoreDean Home did not sell what we had purchased from Houzz. But they got Houzz on the phone, tracked down our order and got it resolved for us.
We ended up buying sheets from them later and we not only got the sheets but instructions on how to care for them. Love this place!

We ordered from a store and were told that the wait was 3-5 weeks. But in reality they did not have the dining table and it had to come from somewhere outside the US and it was more like 6 months. I called in and was told by the Houzz person- that took forever to get back to me that this Company never answers the phone and lies about inventory all the time. We ended up ordering from a different store and although the time was the same- at least they were honest. That store told us that they no longer sold on Houzz. No wonder. Terrible business model.
