I have been a Gold and Premier Member for years but recently had to re-install the full Incredimail programme, although I used the same LIFETIME LICENCES and installed exactly as they requested, I now find that they only partially work and am being told that if I want the full programme back that I had and paid for I needed to buy again. I have read but not on this review site that someone like me a longtime user of the LIFETIME programmes was told by the new Incredimail owners? To make money they no longer gave the lifetime option. If they had been a UK based company I believe that all the people like me who feel cheated would have had a good case under the Trades Description Act. Based on the forgoing I would advise anyone thinking of purchasing this Programme to think again its not fit for purpose and you will find your wallet or purse a lot lighter.
