There are plenty of reviews about how they either installed or delivered for a residential site, but when I asked the sales rep today, they said they don't do that. She wouldn't even point me in the direction of a company that might install permanent mulch in residential spaces. She kept directing me to products that I don't want and won't work for my space. I'm annoyed that this product isn't available for residential use but it is available for commercial use. What's the difference? The sales rep wouldn't answer that question.
Tip for consumers:
Only bother asking for a quote if you're doing a commercial project.
Products used:
I didn't use any because they don't install for residential properties. I was requesting an install for the pour in place rubber mulch product. The sales rep kept trying to push for other products that I know (and explained to her why) wouldn't work for our landscape.
