This website claimed that all products are authentic and will have original purchase receipt. When I ordered one handbag a week ago. I was told that I will get email contact for my order status which I have never get. I was not sure if my order actually went through. I checked my credit card and did not see the charge at the time. I thought it did not went through. But I received the product a week later with no any sort of receipt and it was shipped from China. I then find out the business is in Hong Kong. I really suspicious the authenticity of the products. Is there any way I can complain this business. I have try BBB but it did not work.
