It has become abundantly clear that Pro Flowers has gone WAY DOWN in their products! I recently received a gift order from a friend (week of 16 May 2022 for roses and Astrimaria. What an incredible disappointment. I carefully unwrapped the packaging only find that the some of the Astrimaria was damaged and of no use. The roses were an entirely different story. I lifted up the first rose only to have a majority of the petals fall off. I tried a second rose and the same thing happened. This happened with all of the roses except the red and purple ones that survived but never opened up. As of this writing (20 May 2022) neither rose even opened up and the remaining Astrimaria is dying quickly. Also, the food packets that were included could not be used. They had turned into a semi-hard paste unlike the normal powder that should have been in the packet. All and all this was a horrible delivery of flowers. I have encouraged my friend to contact Pro Flowers for a refund. I'm not interested in having any additional deliveries from this company. I would not recommend Pro Flowers to anyone and will definitely looking for some other flower delivery service (perhaps even local to the address they would be delivered to) should I ever decide to send flowers. I am a former customer of Pro Flowers and so very disappointed in their flowers. Never again!
