I booked a flight from Orlando to Buffalo at 12:33 PM on Frontier Airlines. They changed the flight time up to 10:43 am. This flight was for a post cruise trip home. My ship docks in Port Canaveral at 8:30 am that morning. It would be impossible for me to make this flight. Frontier Airlines refused to refund my money and would only give me a credit for a future flight which I will never take. I lost $433.59 on this transaction due to a problem that they caused by changing the flight time significantly. I spent an hour and a half on the phone with them and they absolutely refused to do anything but a credit. Terrible customer service!
