I want to warn everyone about a number of Companies such as NEWCHIC aka BANGGOOD, LILIGIRL aka LULUGIRL, ROSEWE, ROSEGAL, DRESSLILY, MODLILY and SUGAR & COTTON. These companies are quite happy to take your money along with "Expedient Delivery" Fees and make you wait 6 weeks or more for your items. Case examples - Sugar & Cotton ordered 10th Feb, I am still waiting. NewChic spend $115. AUD on 16th Feb and only after I nag them and threaten PayPal do they advise me that 2 of the items are unavailable - I have only not long received the remainder of the order - so much for quick delivery! Another order who I believe is from DRESSLILY although the money went into the Account of an Ivan. Still has not arrived and when I opened a dispute with paypal only then did he contact me to advise that the item was out of stock, even though I paid an extra $14.95 for Expedient Delivery! A lot of these orders were gifts - 2 in particular were part of my daughters 21st present. I allowed over a month for the order to be delivered and I still haven't received them. Her Birthday is well and truly gone! So I warn everyone please think twice before you get involved with these Companies especially if it involves money and a realistic delivery. It is a shame really because had I received prompt delivery and customer service I would have spent quite a bit of money. Not Now I'm Done

The estimated time for the refund to appear in your account is based on the payment method you used the expected processing times are shown below. Paypal: 2-3 business days. Credit card: 7-14 business days.
For the out-of-stock items, we have marked the words like "Expected restock on 8th December 2016" or "Usually dispatched in 10-15 business days" on the product page. We are trying to find more suppliers to ensure the stock and improve our system so that it can update the stock data more efficiently before customers place the order.
