This is the 3rd time I have ordered and item from Beme Fashion (Pretty Girl Fashion Group Holdings P/L and have had to wait a month to months for the item to arrive. I have given this Company a couple chances because of the delays due to Covid 19. However what really frustrates me is the is ZERO Customer Service with absolutely ZERO response to my inquiries about ETA/ Tracking Numbers. I can understand slight delays because of the current times, but there is absolutely no excuse to be totally ignored. I will never purchase from this Company again nor shall I recommend it. And from what I have seen with the amount of complaints on their FB page and elsewhere, I am not the only one! Totally unprofessional!

I would like to give a warning to anyone who is thinking of purchasing Idrotherapy cream or Essence Of Argon. I purchased them and had a huge Allergic reaction. It says that there was an easy return policy, but when I rang the contact numbers they were out of service. The only way I could make contact was through live chat. I asked for the return address, etc. so I could return the product and the call centre person (based In the Philippines, surprise, surprise) just kept going around and around in circles and wouldn't give me the details. By the end of it I agreed to pay $19.99 for each product even though I cannot use it. Please think very carefully before you sign up.

On the 13th of May I ordered a pair of shoes from the Nodule Company and when they arrived I found that even though I chose my normal size the are too small. I have been trying to contact someone from their Customer Service Department and have been treated with ignore. Yet they are emailing me ads to get me to purchase more off them. I would have thought that 48 hours would be a reasonable time frame to respond to my enquiries - Waiting 7 days for even an acknowledgement of my request is pretty poor. I don't want to return them, just exchange them, but I wanted to get some advice from someone in their Customer Service Department, is that too much to ask?

More bad news with my online ordering I'm afraid. On 10th February 2017 I ordered a set of watercolour pens. Well again after having to call in PayPal for help I received my order today, 11th of April 2017! I was sooo excited and opened the package looking forward to doing some artwork with the pens, but unfortunately they had leaked everywhere and there is hardly any paint left! I am so disappointed.

Further to my previous reviews I finally received my order from Rosewe.com. As mentioned before I placed an order with Rosewe. Com. On 16th of Feb 2017 and after much tooing and froing and getting PayPal involved, I finally received the order (now April.) 5 pieces of jewellery at a cost of $73.53AUD. I opened the package and found that there were broken beads and damaged items. Most of these items were to be gifts. The Birthday celebrations are long gone! Some may advise the I return these goods, but to be honest with the amount of hassle I've have getting them I don't think I really want to even bother. I just want to warn everyone that it has been my experience that every time I have had anything to do with this Company there has been a problem.

My previous Reviews have been disappointingly negative, but I have now got something positive to pass on to the punters. EZIBUY - I have had nothing but a pleasant experience when ordering items from this Company. My last order arrived today - 10 days from my original order. Free Postage and all items present and correct. The quality is there as well as the Customer Service. Just wish other Online Stores would be as professional. Will order from them again.

I want to warn everyone about a number of Companies such as NEWCHIC aka BANGGOOD, LILIGIRL aka LULUGIRL, ROSEWE, ROSEGAL, DRESSLILY, MODLILY and SUGAR & COTTON. These companies are quite happy to take your money along with "Expedient Delivery" Fees and make you wait 6 weeks or more for your items. Case examples - Sugar & Cotton ordered 10th Feb, I am still waiting. NewChic spend $115. AUD on 16th Feb and only after I nag them and threaten PayPal do they advise me that 2 of the items are unavailable - I have only not long received the remainder of the order - so much for quick delivery! Another order who I believe is from DRESSLILY although the money went into the Account of an Ivan. Still has not arrived and when I opened a dispute with paypal only then did he contact me to advise that the item was out of stock, even though I paid an extra $14.95 for Expedient Delivery! A lot of these orders were gifts - 2 in particular were part of my daughters 21st present. I allowed over a month for the order to be delivered and I still haven't received them. Her Birthday is well and truly gone! So I warn everyone please think twice before you get involved with these Companies especially if it involves money and a realistic delivery. It is a shame really because had I received prompt delivery and customer service I would have spent quite a bit of money. Not Now I'm Done

For the out-of-stock items, we have marked the words like "Expected restock on 8th December 2016" or "Usually dispatched in 10-15 business days" on the product page.
