My granddaughter lost her Money debit card, 4 transfer's 3 different countries and 20+ minutes! So frustrating, to the point that I need to find a new bank! You can't understand these reps, they talk over you and don't listen!

On hold so far, for 1 hour and 46 minutes, no answer. Just trying to get a refund for my hotel. Event was cancelled due to concern for coronavirus. I'm guessing no one will ever pick up, I'll be charged and have no recourse. Welcome to the new way American Business gets away with whatever they want and not pay taxes! YAY!

I've been on hold for 57 minutes, for the second time today. No answer. My event was cancelled due to Coronavirus and attempting to cancel. I understand that this is the case for a lot of people, but no back up plan?! I'm in healthcare so I understand the impact, but this is horrible! I'll probably be charged because I can't sit on hold all day. Talk about taking advantage!
