Buyer beware. If I could give 0 stars I would. They have a ridiculous return policy. You can only return the items if they are unopened. Hmmm…you absolutely cannot see the product at all unless you open the thoroughly sealed box. You can't even get a merchandise credit. While this is a very innovative product they simply do not care about the end result. The luggage tag version of this product is extremely heavy, bulky and stiff. You also can't put it through the X-ray machine at the airport so what are you supposed to do to get through security? I do NOT recommend this product for travel or this company in general.
Tip for consumers:
Buyer beware. This shop has horrible policies. NO REFUNDS ONCE PACKAGING IS OPENED. You can see the product unless you open the package.
