Terrible communication! Chat option is useless. Takes FOREVER to receive a response. Responses are very cryptic and questions submitted are NOT directly answered. Have also emailed and not received replies. Have tried calling the phone number listed on the site - REPEATEDLY - and it is also not functional... one quick ring then goes right to a fast busy signal. Tried to place an order online and NEVER got any kind of verification that my order went through. Who does business like this, these days?! Apparently, vittoriadreams.com does! I really wish there was a ZERO stars rating for companies like this. Awful.
