Chewy has always had the best customer service, recently they have gone over and above when I had a slightly damaged shipment due to bad packing and mishandling. It was much more than I expected or needed. They answer emails and phones promptly and fix problems on the spot. I just wish they would use UPS instead.

Very glitchy website, half the t me survey points are not credited, very misleading advertising and poor if any customer service. And most of the time there are no employees available for checkout and the overcharging is rampant.

Tip for consumers:
always watch for overcharging due to misleading advertising, be ready for long lines and poor customer service!

I do not see how this company ever got any good reviews. I wasted hours of my time on email and attempting to call which is very difficult when you have had your cell service cut off in your entire area when 3G was killed.
First I could not get a copy of the contract from them to look it over and that went on for months, then I got a new person to deal with and sent in all my photos and info again but it was all a huge waste of my time.
After sending photos and a list of most of the renovations I had done for the SECOND time to the them they obviously looked at the old photos on the internet of what it looked like when I bought it many years ago and not at the current photos.

TPLINK ROUTER IS NOTHING BUT TROUBLE FOR PAST YEAR, CANNOT UPDATE IT SINCE NOT ONLY IS THE PROCESS IMPOSSIBLY HARD AND DIFFICULT BUT CANNOT LOGIN AND TRIED ALL THE TIPS ON ALL THE HELP SITES, THERE IS ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE, NO HELP AT ALL FROM COMPANY AND I SHOULDN'T HAVE TO LOG IN ANYWAY. IT THE MISERABLE PIECE OF TECHNO CRAP WAS WORTH ANYTHING IT SHOULDN'T HAVE TO ME MANUALLY MAINTAINED!

It is at best a waste of time and probably a scam, don't go there, review here instead. Unless yo have nothing to do but waste time, I have lots of repairs, cleaning and weeding if you are looking for something USEFULL to do!

My account is messed up and I tried and tried to fix it so I could use it now that DollarTree got so expensive. Due to digital BS I didn't use it after I got it, I HATE digital. Now I cannot fix it, they won't send me a new password and I tried several times, won't let me make a new account since my phone number is the same but yet they CANNOT send me a SMS to my phone. Go figure, I will continue to NOT shop there.

Store clerk was absolutely NO HELP.

Tip for consumers:
go to the grocery store, shop the sales. There are other stores out there with better deals.

This is supposed to be an easy phone but they put too much smart phone crap on it and made it so complicated it is nearly impossible to use. If I wanted a smart phone I would use one, I want a phone that works. This came with a voice that took and hour to figure out how to shut it up. It doesn't get a signal where I live like my old 3G did (same ATT tower). I cannot save contacts to SIM so the first time I wash this or drop it in the creek I lose everyone, it has very difficult and complicated voicemail. Everything is nearly impossible to find that I need, and I don't need much. What I need is a PHONE, not a computer! And I cannot hear it and have yet to figure out how to turn on the speaker!
So now I have no phone to use and I wasted hours and hours of time and trouble, and money. And a 24 hour (so far) migraine from trying to make it work, which it just doesn't.
And calling for help is not viable since it doesn't get a signal where I live.
I cannot even leave the worthless thing turned on as it drained the battery 50% in 4 hours of none use since it seems to waste energy NOT connecting.

Tip for consumers:
that is is NOT a real flip phone and is of much worse quality than my old LG flip phone, 3G.

The phone sucks, if I wanted a smartphone I would use a smart phone. Plus it is defective. It won't charge in my car. It won't charge from my computer. When it is plugged in it seems to go from charging to not charging on and off at random. It doesn't hold a charge. When I turned on power saving it kept turning it off for no reason, just sits there and does random things. Now it won't let me turn on power saving. Customer "help" said turn on airplane mode. WTF? Then it won't make or receive phone calls so how is that going to work for a phone?
I gave up trying to use wifi, I can't get it to do anything. Same with assistant. Would like to get rid of that KaiOS store completely but of course cannot turn that crap off, can't turn on the crap I want and can't hear it either. The volume is as high a it will go and it cannot be heard, I don't even call anymore anymore is so impossible to hear them.
Comes with some godawfulhorrid talking feature that should never be on right out of the box. Also some idiot gave it an auto-fill feature, that may be useful on google but it makes saving contacts a nightmare and I have to tell it every single time to save to sim instead of setting it to always do that. It will probably break the first time I drop it too, the real flip phones could take it but I doubt this will live a week, of course I may just murder it anytime now anyway. And the camera button is in my way and a total pain.
The only reason I have it is due to having NO choice at all, they killed 3G and that killed a working phone.
It would be tolerable if it worked like a real flip phone instead of some useless, screwed up psychotic version of a hybrid.
And yes I read the reviews, they are awful but I had no choice. I tried that even worse phone from TRACFONE, but due to their LIES they don't work, they do NOT transmit on AT&T which is all I can get here..

A few days after writer the 1st bad review something else they did broke and I am blackmailed into cancelling my charge back so they fill fix the new problem, all of this is causing great wear and tear on my new, very expensive pump and shortening its lifespan by who knows how much, plus there is the power usage from it running so much.

WORSE THAN USELESS, DAMAGE IS GREATER THAN YOU CAN AFFORD

They are incompetent, hugely overcharge and refuse to honor their guarantee. I had to pay another company several hundred dollars to come out and fix what they screwed up. They were too incompetent to fix it and too dishonest to pay for it. And I cannot leave a review on their own "review site" no surprise there.
Have both bills in PDf no way to show them

use your credit card, I filed a charge back to cover the other company fixing what they screwed up

Ever since this store started doing digital coupons there have been problems. I use the computer to click on coupons since i have no cell service and now horrible litte computer to carry aound with me called a "smart phone".
Sometimes the digital coupons work, sometimes they don't, sometimes some work and other do not, all downloaded at the same time. I have heard this from many others including safeway employees. I have gone back to the site and double checked only to find that YES it says I did click on it. So how come Fred Meyers can do it right and Safeway cannot after all this time? Plus, without fail, if I buy more than 3 unique items at any Safeway store I am overcharged for something. When I bring this failure of the digital coupon to work to the cashiers attention i am met with hostility (Longview, WA, St Helens, OR) and told I am a liar. I say Safeway is a liar and this is bait and switch tactics and this is not the only bait and switch they do at their stores. I now hat them and have been a customer there for decades but this digital crap and the trouble it causes makes me pretty much shy away from them and if I have to go there it is 3 items only, no more, ever. And watch them very close.
How many other have this issue? It may be jsut a Longveiw, St Helens thing since people here are really horrible.

As usual fed ex shipments to me are always a problem, always have been a problem. This was so bad when I was purchasing stock for my business I asked my supplier to ship via UPS because FedEx was always a problem. That was in the 1990's. It's still the same. As I have said to them before "you are in the delivery business, you can't deliver, get out of this business you are incompetent"
I think I will NOT ever purchase anything shipped by them again, the hassle is just too much, even the USPS is better, ALWAYS was better. I will find someone who can ship with a service that can actually deliver so FED EX your won't be bothering me again! I also ship, used to ship a lot, used to use UPS, no problems. I use USPS too, with few problems but I know if I used Fed Ex there would be nothing but problems and a bunch of DOA shipments.

And not that cheap, not cheap enough to risk getting the wrong part, pay more get parts from a reputable company, plenty out there!
Blatently wrong part, didn't even check the NUMBER!
TIP Always use your credit card for these shady online purchases!

Gives you only 3 days! Sellers do not respond if you have a problem and you cannot even give them a rating, very unsafe. No option to get a refund or replacement after only 3 days! RUN do not walk AWAY! And it floods your inbox with SPAM.
