Murad is running a 20% off promotion. It was applied to my order. As the final step, it asked me if I wanted to apply my available rewards and I selected to apply the $25 in rewards that were available. I did not see that in doing so, it removed the 20% when I selected this option. Obviously 20% off would have been more than $25 on a $336.95 order. I called them this morning and asked them why this happened and they said you can only use one promotion at a time. I don't consider "rewards" from prior purchases a "promotion" and it should have informed me that this would happen prior to applying the rewards. I asked them to return the rewards to my account then and apply the 20% off and they said that they would not do that and they could not help me. I asked to speak with a manager and the representative refused, put me on hold and then said he could do nothing and the order stands as placed. I am disputing this with my credit card company and will never order from Murad again.
