If I order take out food, I will use Menulog & I ALWAYS add a note for delivery driver to Ring door bell so I know my food has arrived & I ask them to lock the gate behind them... Nothard really considering they open the gate to get in! Most delivery drivers DO NOT ring the door bell or shut the gate when they leave. 100% of the time my food is left on the ground at my front door, twice the crows have eaten it & you don't get a refund from the food place or Menulog, but the driver still gets your delivery fee. I have had drivers now asking me for EXTRA CASH because they have rung the door bell &/or shut the gate behind them! Menulog drivers are the ABSOLUTE WORST, RUDEST & DIRTIEST DELIVERY DRIVERS in Geelong! I WILL NOT use MENULOG again for delivery! It's not hard to let people know their food has been delivered! If they ask for EXTRA CASH, you don't have a way to report them as when you call Menulog or Deliveroo to complain, you get asked the NAME of your delivery driver! You don't get any refund or apologies either. These drivers need to be taught SOME REAL MANNERS In CUSTOMER SERVICE or don't be a delivery driver! Twice, I have not realised my food was delivered until almost an hour later, when I went outside to check for it, as the site didn't give any delivery updates!
