My wife ordered two tickets to Ed Sheeran's concert back in april (Order# *******). The tickets were never delivered. Everytime we call, wait time was long, and the custom service just resent the same email to us (not the ticket transfer email) without solving any issue. When we ask vivid seats to resend the ticket transfer email, the CS always says it is up to the seller to send it. In the end we did not receive the tickets, and missed the event. And WORST thing is vivid seats refused to fully refund, insist the seller has sent us the ticket transfer email. Worst experience ever. Should have just used ticketmaster
