This online site has many products and I ordered a pet nail trimmer/dremmel. Obviously this was needed as grooming was/is not available during the pandemic. I mistakenly assumed the product was in stock locally, as the site seemed to be in my home town. The product was apparently shipped from China and is sitting at an airport in Toronto for over a month (hard to believe). I asked for a cancellation of my order or a refund as it was long past yhte 5 week expected timeframe. I received customer support (they sent me to tracking my order, which has been in limbo), but have offered no refund. This is a new company and most of their goods come from hina, so do not be fooled. You will not get help with a refund and like myself, will not get your product.
