I ordered a number of items online.
When the order arrived, I realised one item wasn't sent.
I emailed the website and return email to order confirmation - 4 weeks no reply...
I raised a paypal resolution, they asked me if I am saying the item was missing.
I replied yes.
They didn't reply again!
Paypal procedure required escalation and I have done this.
If you are selling online the minimum you have to do is send an item and secondly communicate with the client!
Disappointing cause I had flagged a few things to order more.
