Worryingly bad service. Will definitely not use again.
MyUS was so bad I had to. In hindsight, MyUS is a lot better.
* Ship7 attempted to help this customer through the Sitejabber Resolution Center, but the customer did not respond
They dont let you know how much they will charge for shipping. Just take your credit card details and boom, they just charge away. They quote you... you accept and give card details... next thing you get smacked with a bill for almost twice the amount. Sent an item in a separate package to my address for a $107... the item was $12! They did this twice! Without contacting me. Refused to help. Very friendly but useless customer service... i would have gladly opted to throw the item away if the shipping was going to be that much... any rational person would have. Completely unacceptable. Have been using their service for years. Cancelled my account now.
Packages are sent out automatically if you are sent to automatic shipments. In some cases packages may also be sent due to being held in the account for too long. We do apologize for this issue and we will look into this for you.

Upon checking your tickets we understood you have misunderstood SOUTH AFRICA AND SOUTHERN AFRCIA. Botswana is located in Southern part of Africa. We have service only to South Africa. System will allow customers to sign up around the world because we have customers shipping packages across the world sitting from any location. So the system will not restrict you from signing up. Your understanding is highly appreciated.
