I ordered a 4 in one, 3 speed body muscle massager in March 2020 and paid a total of $79.08. I received the item, followed instructions to fully charge; however, the power would never turn on even though it showed as fully charged. Once reported, I received a system generated response asking for photos and videos showing it did not work; which I sent several times. All I want is a replacement and I'm happy to would return the non-working massager. Approximately 10 emails later, I've not received any resolution. You're not able to speak to anyone for assistance. Customer Service is NOT a thing with this company.
