Have been aware for years what a great company KEEN is. So because it was such a great deal to order more than one pair "big discounts" I ordered three! Lousy knock off‘s from China. Total crap and too short.
When I asked for a return shipping label they refused. They said I would have to ship the items back to China myself and gave me an address. They stated that I would get more money back if I took a 10% refund and kept the lousy shoes.
Mind you - the website says that shipping and returns are all free!
Nowhere at all does it tell you that if you don't take an exchange or a 10% refund that you will have to mail the items Back to China at your own expense. I would have tried this if I thought for one minute that they would actually refund the rest of my money. I have read in reviews that they haven't refunded the money.
Please report the scam all over the place. US government consumer affairs/fraud. Also contact your credit card company. This kind of thing has got to stop!
