I paid a shipping fee for the "free trial" size. Even after I decided to discontinue Atrisse, they have continued to autoship products to me. There is no reliable customer service contact information. Instead, Atrisse has cluttered the web with ads, testimonials, and other enticements to purchase their product. By the way, the fragrance of Atrisse cream made my eyes water and gave me a migraine. In the hope of stopping further charges from Atrisse, I'm giving my credit card an extreme makeover!

Tip for consumers:
Shadier than an elm tree in full foliage.


I had inquired about a Rubinstein hoodie, but was told that it is not available. However, after looking online, I noticed that it is available through your UK website. Would you please explain why it would not be possible for you to honor my request through your sister website? Also, your website is rather complicated, and there doesn't seem to be a way to speak with a customer service representative.
