Right after I placed my first order with Fragrance I realize I had order the wrong item. After some research I was able to find a phone number, *******867. Called a total of 6 times. Each time I had to listen to their recording of them constantly repeat their website address, and wanting everyone to go that route. Very annoying. Finally, was told to hit a number to talk to a rep. I hit the number and another recording came on to say the system has an error 21 and to call back later. I would call back and same thing would happen. Today I also tried to call but this time it said to call during business hours. Well, it was 1:00 pm, in the middle of their business day and they still wouldn't answer the phone. As I was calling I also sent 3 emails, I wrote of the situation, and of course, no response until just a little while ago. The email said it was too late! If they would answer their phone or answer my emails on the day I first tried to contact them, this would never have happened. Then the email went on to tell me to go to their website (of course) to return the items once I reveive them. At that point I will need to pay another shipping charge. What kind of scam is this? It's frustrating when you ordered an item and find out there is no customer service. You're on your own.
They repeat over and over to go to their website...good luck trying to figure that out. What a horrible and dysfunctional company. They care nothing about the customer, they just want your money! I AM WRITING THIS TO WARN POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS TO STAY AWAY AND SAVE YOURSELF FROM A NIGHTMARE!

Products used:
I will be returning the items I purchased as soon as I receive them, if I receive them. They refused to cancel my order and said it was too late because they wouldn't answer their phone or my emails.

TravelZoo has been sending me emails without my permission for years now. I have tried and tried to get them to stop but they won't. They have an unsubscribe at the bottom of the page but you have to make an account with them, including password, before you get into the site to unsubscribe. What kind of nonsense is this? I have blocked them time and time again but they keep getting into my inbox. Now I am getting emails almost every hour. Today, I did some research and found a phone number, I called to be told it will take time to remove my email since there are already many emails going into my inbox. I asked for a supervisor and their rep, Yamal, started arguing with me. Any company that has to keep someone hostage to keep up their numbers is a company you should never trust. Run from this nightmare. There are companies out there with good reputations.

We do schedule emails to be sent out and these cannot be stopped. After placing an order I had a few questions. After researching for quite a while I was unable to find a phone number. I even replied to the it came back as FAILED. The customer service page is useless. How I know what kind of company this is and I want to canel my order. After more research I found an email (not really sure it is an email to Tanga), I sent them an email to CANCEL the item and never received any reply.

Do yourself a favor and don't order from this "compant"!

I have been with QVC since the start. They always had great customer service and always put the customers first. Their service in the last couple of years has become horrible. The quality of the merchandise is not to what it used to be. I purchased an item and ask to exchange it for a difference size, customers service advised me that they will send the other size out as soon as the post office receives the item. It's going on 2 wks and nothing so I looked at my account online to find out they not only didn't ship out the new size item, but they still haven't received the returned item. I called and found out the item is in CA, one state from AZ. The rep told me it first went in the other direction to TX before going back to AZ and then onto CA. I was also told the previous rep did not note anything in my account and never shipped out the other size. Now the item is sold out! It is so frustrating to lose an item you were expecting because of horrible customer service reps. I did ask for a manager, however, now you have to wait for them to call you back.

A couple of months ago I was informed that an item I purchased on auto-delivery was being canceled with no explanation. I called and was told they weren't making enough money to continue the auto-delivery program for that item. It's sad to see how far down QVC has gone. They have now lost another customer.

Tip for consumers:
QVC service is so bad stay just away and go somewhere else where they care about the customer.

The product sold out because the rep did not do what they say they would. Another auto-delivery product was just canceled. They decieded not to keep the agreement with the customer.

Since waiting for my order and of course there is no phone number. It's a puzzle to find where to send a message and good luck getting a response. I have to conclude this is a scam.

DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY YOU WILL NEVER GET THE PRODUCT!!

I made a purchase with JCPenney's two days ago which was Christmas. Within minutes of making the purchase I had changed my mind and wanted to cancel. Of course no link to cancel. Research the website and it said you have 30 minutes to cancel your order and the only way to cancel is to call. I called to find out the company is closed. How convenient that they only allow 30 minutes to cancels and they are closed. Next step I send an email, again within the 30 minutes timeline. Attached to the email was a copy of the receipt. Next day I contine to call and never was able to get a hold of anyone. Now it's two days later and I finally get a response from my email which claims they can not open my attached due to security! They now request my name, address, phone number and order number. All of this information they already have. Next I called again and went to a different dept and was able to talk to a girl name Andredn. She didn't seem to understand the problem which I had to keep repeating. All she could do was forward an email that I was dissatisfied. Asked for manager, talked to Keyonna, more of the same couldn't help because it has been over the 30 minutes. She keep yelling at me that when I placed the order it was Christmas and she was allowed to spend time with her family and she wouldn't let me talk as she was ranting on about her family. I tried to tell her that was my point since no one was their I should be allotted more time to cancel since they were close. She hang-up on me. Next spoke to Amber in the corp office and she said it had already shipping but she be willing to send me shipping label which will cost me $8. It is a nightmare dealing with JCPenneys. I will be spending a letter to their CEO Marc Rosen.
