I order a lot of stuff online and this is the worst. I have previously ordered from this company and something bad has happened to them. It takes more than 2 weeks for an email to be answered and the people who answer the phone are at a call center very distant from the company and just give you platitudes. There is no information exchange between the emails and phone calls. The company denied receiving my item for 30 days after they actually received it. VERY frustrating.
